3/4″ NPT Racing Jug Diesel Heater Extended Fuel Kit – Standard

Turn a compatible racing or utility jug into an external fuel supply for your diesel heater. The Standard Fuel Up Kit includes a heavy-duty stainless steel adapter with TIG-welded barbed fittings, Saint-Gobain Versilon™ C-210-A tubing, and a stainless steel sinker to help keep the pickup at the bottom of the jug.

IMPORTANT: This kit does NOT include black cap,  fuel jug or diesel heater.

Jug Compatibility

Designed for jugs with a 3/4″ NPT port in the cap. Compatible models may include VP Racing, Risk Racing EZ3/EZ5, Sunoco, Scribner 2000-series, and LC/LC2 jugs, plus older-generation Tuff Jugs with a 3/4″ NPT port.

Cap styles and generations vary. Verify that your jug has a 3/4″ NPT port before ordering. Current-generation Tuff Jugs use a 1″ NPT fitting and are not compatible.

Compatible with Chinese diesel heaters (CDH), VEVOR, Hcalory, Webasto Air Top, Espar/Eberspächer Airtronic, and AUTOTERM/Planar heaters in 2kW, 5kW, and 8kW sizes when fitted with a compatible fuel inlet connection. Built for camping, RVs, vans, overlanding, garages, workshops, and off-grid heating.

Purpose-Built Tubing for Fuel and Oil

The kit uses AEM02012 Versilon™ C-210-A by Saint-Gobain, clear, ester-based polyurethane tubing measuring 3/16″ ID × 5/16″ OD. Saint-Gobain identifies C-210-A for fuel and lubricant lines and specifies resistance to oils, fuels, and greases.

Compared with general-purpose tubing, C-210-A offers high tear and abrasion resistance, stays flexible at sub-zero temperatures, and is plasticizer-free—helping it resist embrittlement from plasticizer extraction. Its clear construction also lets you see the fuel line, and its tight dimensional tolerances and elasticity help it attach securely to fittings. The manufacturer’s recommended operating range is −100°F to 175°F.

Built for a Direct Fuel Connection

Connect the jug to your diesel heater’s fuel pump using the included fuel line. The stainless steel adapter and welded barbed fittings form a durable pickup assembly. Stainless steel Oetiker clamps are pre-installed on the kit’s hose connections.

An integrated tank breather allows air into the container as fuel is drawn out. The one-way pickup valve helps maintain the fuel column and prevent backflow into the tank.

How It Works

Install the adapter into the jug’s 3/4″ NPT port, then connect the selected fuel line to your heater’s fuel pump. Choose a 3, 5, or 10 ft. line to suit your setup.
