Tuff Jug Diesel Heater Extended Fuel Kit – Standard
Turn your Tuff Jug fuel container into an external fuel supply for your diesel heater. The Standard Fuel Up Kit features a heavy-duty stainless steel adapter, USA TIG-welded barbed fittings, and fuel-resistant tubing for a direct connection to your heater’s fuel pump.
IMPORTANT: This kit does NOT include the Tuff Jug fuel container or diesel heater.
Compatible with Chinese diesel heaters (CDH), VEVOR, Hcalory, Webasto Air Top, Espar/Eberspächer Airtronic, and AUTOTERM/Planar heaters in 2kW, 5kW, and 8kW sizes, when fitted with a compatible fuel inlet connection. Built for camping, RVs, vans, overlanding, garages, workshops, and off-grid heating.
Built for a Direct Fuel Connection
The Standard kit connects your Tuff Jug directly to your diesel heater’s fuel pump through the included fuel line. A stainless steel adapter and welded barbed fittings provide a durable assembly, while pre-installed stainless steel Oetiker clamps secure the kit’s hose connections.
An integrated tank breather allows air into the container as fuel is drawn out. The one-way pickup valve helps maintain the fuel column and prevent backflow into the tank.
How It Works
Install the adapter and cap on your compatible Tuff Jug container, then connect the included fuel line to your diesel heater’s fuel pump and secure the connection. Choose a 3, 5, or 10 ft. fuel line to suit your setup.
