Tuff Jug Diesel Heater Extended Fuel Kit – Quick-Connect Premium

Connect and disconnect your fuel supply with the push of a button. This premium kit turns your Tuff Jug fuel container into a quick-connect external fuel supply for your diesel heater. Automatic shutoff valves on both sides help contain fuel and minimize drips when disconnecting your setup for transport or storage.

IMPORTANT: This kit does NOT include the Tuff Jug fuel container or diesel heater.

Compatible with Chinese diesel heaters (CDH), VEVOR, Hcalory, Webasto Air Top, Espar/Eberspächer Airtronic, and AUTOTERM/Planar heaters in 2kW, 5kW, and 8kW sizes, when fitted with a compatible fuel inlet connection. Built for camping, RVs, vans, overlanding, garages, workshops, and off-grid heating.

The Quick-Disconnect Advantage

The Premium kit features a stainless steel, fuel-rated quick-disconnect fitting with Viton seals. Push the button to disconnect, and valves on both the tank side and heater side close automatically. There’s no need to remove fuel lines, clamps, or fittings each time you pack up your heater.

An ideal choice for setups that are frequently transported, stored, or reconnected.

How It Works

Install the adapter and cap on your compatible Tuff Jug container, then connect the fuel line to your heater through the stainless steel push-button quick disconnect. When it’s time to move or store your setup, press the release button to disconnect—the valves on both sides close automatically.
