RotoPax Diesel Heater Fuel Kit – Basic

Never run out of heat mid-trip. This kit turns a compatible RotoPax fuel container into an external fuel supply for your diesel heater — so instead of refilling a small stock tank every few hours, you swap containers and keep heating.

IMPORTANT: This kit does NOT include the RotoPax fuel container or diesel heater.

Compatible with Chinese diesel heaters (CDH), VEVOR, Hcalory, Webasto Air Top, Espar/Eberspächer Airtronic, and AUTOTERM/Planar heaters in 2kW, 5kW, and 8kW sizes. Built for camping, RVs, vans, overlanding, hunting cabins, garages, workshops, tents, ice fishing, and off-grid heating.

How It Works

Bypass your heater's small built-in tank and draw fuel from a full-size RotoPax container instead. When one runs low, transfer the standpipe assembly to a fresh compatible RotoPax and keep going — no need to shut down or disassemble anything beyond the standpipe swap. Install takes basic hand tools and typically under 30 minutes.

What's Included

• Standpipe & cap assembly – zinc-coated for corrosion resistance, fits compatible RotoPax fuel containers and provides the external fuel pickup
• Cap & gasket assembly – secures to the container with proper tank ventilation
• 36-inch polyethylene fuel line – rigid tubing for dependable fuel delivery
• Fuel-rated Tygon connectors – secure, fuel-safe joins between standpipe, line, filter, and pump
• Six quick-release hose clamps – lock down every connection point
• Inline fuel filter – keeps contaminants out of your heater's fuel pump

RotoPax fuel container and diesel heater are NOT included.
