55 Gallon Metal Drum Fuel Up Kit for Diesel Heaters – Standard

Connect your metal 55 gallon drum to your diesel heater with a Fuel Up Kit built to last. Featuring a stainless steel adapter with ports TIG welded in the USA, USA-made Versilon® tubing, and a stainless steel sinker laser cut in the USA, this kit combines durable materials with a straightforward fuel-line connection.

The stainless steel Fuel Up Kit adapter screws directly into your metal 55 gallon drum and features a one-way breather valve that allows air into the drum while preventing airflow back out through the valve.

Inside the drum, a 33-inch Versilon pickup tube features a one-way valve at its end. A ½-inch-thick, laser-cut stainless steel sinker keeps the fuel pickup at the bottom of the drum.

An included 10-foot Versilon fuel line runs from the adapter to your diesel heater’s fuel pump. Secure the pump connection with the included stainless steel hose clamp, which tightens with a flat-head screwdriver.

All hose connections within the kit are secured with permanent stainless steel Oetiker® clamps, pre-installed for secure, durable connections. The final connection to your heater’s fuel pump uses the included screw-type hose clamp.
